Returns Policy

🔹 অনুগ্রহ করে কনফার্ম হয়ে অর্ডার করবেন। ডেলিভারির সময় প্রোডাক্ট নিতে না চাইলে বা পছন্দ না হলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে।
🔹 ডেলিভারি সময়: ঢাকা & চট্টগ্রাম সিটি: ১–২ কার্যদিবস অন্যান্য জেলা: ২–৩ কার্যদিবস 🔹 লিটার ডেলিভারি: লিটার একটি ভারী আইটেম হওয়ায় শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা ও চট্টগ্রাম সিটিতে হোম ডেলিভারি করা হয়। লিটার আইটেমের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ সাধারণ প্রোডাক্টের তুলনায় বেশি হতে পারে। ঢাকা/চট্টগ্রামের বাইরে লিটার হোম ডেলিভারি হয় না, কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পাঠানো হয়।
🔄 রিটার্ন & এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতিমালা (Return & Exchange Policy)
🔹 কোনো প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করার পর যদি দেখেন ভুল আইটেম এসেছে, চিন্তার কিছু নেই — আমরা চেঞ্জ/এক্সচেঞ্জ করে দিবো।
🔹 অন্যান্য পণ্য রিসিভ করার পর রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে চাইলে আপনাকে ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
🔹 রিটার্নযোগ্য পণ্য অবশ্যই ব্যবহার না করা অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে। রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি + রিটার্ন ডেলিভারি চার্জ আপনাকে দিতে হবে।
Shipping Policy
🔹 Please confirm before placing an order. If you decide not to receive the product during delivery or you don’t like it at that moment, the delivery charge must be paid.
🔹 Delivery Time: Dhaka & Chattogram City: 1–2 business days Other Districts: 2–3 business days
🔹 Litter Product Delivery: Since litter is a heavy item, home delivery is available only in Dhaka & Chattogram City.
Due to the weight, delivery charges may be slightly higher than regular items. Outside Dhaka & Chattogram City, litter products cannot be delivered to homes — they are sent via courier service.
Return & Exchange Policy
🔹 If you receive a wrong item, don’t worry — we will replace or exchange it for you.
🔹 For any other item, if you want to return or exchange, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
🔹 Return Conditions: The product must be unused and in original condition.
Delivery + Return delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
