3. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery time is up to 5 days.

  • Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery time is up to 10 days.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or unavoidable circumstances.


4. Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message or email.

  • We may cancel orders for reasons such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity.


Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We always try to deliver the exact product you ordered. However, if you receive a different product, we are here to help.


5. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return only if:

  • The product you received is different from what you ordered.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition.

    • Refund or replacement will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    • Refund will be issued to your original payment method.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Correctly delivered products (same as ordered)

  • Used, damaged, or altered items after delivery

  • Personalized or customized items


8. Return Process

  3. Ship the product to the return address we provide.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–10 business days.
