Dhaka & Chattogram City: 1–2 business days
Other Districts: 2–3 business days
🔹 Litter Product Delivery:
Since litter is a heavy item, home delivery is available only in Dhaka & Chattogram City.
Due to the weight, delivery charges may be slightly higher than regular items.
Outside Dhaka & Chattogram City, litter products cannot be delivered to homes — they are sent via courier service.
Return & Exchange Policy
🔹 If you receive a wrong item, don’t worry — we will replace or exchange it for you.
🔹 For any other item, if you want to return or exchange, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
🔹 Return Conditions:
The product must be unused and in original condition.
Delivery + Return delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
