📦 ডেলিভারি সময়

🔹 ঢাকা ও চট্টগ্রাম সিটি: অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর সাধারণত ১–২ কার্যদিবস।
🔹 অন্যান্য জেলা: অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর সাধারণত ২–৩ কার্যদিবস।

বিশেষ পরিস্থিতি, সরকারি ছুটি, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা কুরিয়ার সংক্রান্ত কারণে ডেলিভারি সময় কিছুটা পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

⚠️ অর্ডার গ্রহণ সংক্রান্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য

🔹 অনুগ্রহ করে অর্ডার করার আগে প্রোডাক্ট, সাইজ, ভ্যারিয়েন্ট ও প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য ভালোভাবে নিশ্চিত হয়ে অর্ডার করুন।

🔹 ডেলিভারি ম্যান/কুরিয়ার আসার পর পণ্য নিতে না চাওয়া, পছন্দ না হওয়া, মত পরিবর্তন বা ব্যক্তিগত কোনো কারণে অর্ডার রিসিভ না করলে প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ কাস্টমারকে প্রদান করতে হবে।

🐾 লিটার ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা

লিটার তুলনামূলকভাবে ভারী পণ্য হওয়ায় এর ডেলিভারি চার্জ সাধারণ পণ্যের তুলনায় বেশি হতে পারে।

🔹 ঢাকা ও চট্টগ্রাম সিটিতে: লিটার অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
🔹 অন্যান্য জেলায়: Pathao, Steadfast বা প্রযোজ্য কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের ওজনভিত্তিক চার্জ অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি চার্জ নির্ধারণ করা হবে।
🔹 একাধিক লিটার বা ভারী পণ্য একসাথে অর্ডার করলে মোট ওজন অনুযায়ী অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

🔄 রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতিমালা

আমরা চেষ্টা করি আপনার অর্ডার করা সঠিক পণ্যটি নিরাপদে পৌঁছে দিতে। আপনার অর্ডারে কোনো ভুল বা ভিন্ন পণ্য পৌঁছে গেলে আমাদের টিম আপনাকে প্রয়োজনীয় সহায়তা করবে।

📦 পার্সেল গ্রহণের সময়

🔹 পার্সেল গ্রহণের সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যান/কুরিয়ার প্রতিনিধির উপস্থিতিতে পণ্যটি অবশ্যই চেক করে নিন।
🔹 ভুল, ভিন্ন বা অর্ডারের সাথে মিল নেই এমন পণ্য পেলে ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার আগেই আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
🔹 ডেলিভারি ম্যান/কুরিয়ার প্রতিনিধি চলে যাওয়ার পর ভুল পণ্যের বিষয়ে জানালে, প্রযোজ্য রিটার্ন ডেলিভারি চার্জ কাস্টমারকে বহন করতে হবে।

✅ কোন ক্ষেত্রে Return/Exchange করা যাবে?

শুধুমাত্র নিচের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ বিবেচনা করা হবে:

🔹 অর্ডার করা পণ্যের পরিবর্তে ভুল বা ভিন্ন পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে।
🔹 পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অবস্থায় পাওয়া গেলে এবং তা ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতে জানানো হলে।

❌ কোন ক্ষেত্রে Return/Exchange গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়?

নিচের কারণে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণ করা হবে না:

🔹 পণ্য পছন্দ না হওয়া।
🔹 মত পরিবর্তন করা।
🔹 ভুল সাইজ/ভ্যারিয়েন্ট অর্ডার করা।
🔹 ভুলভাবে অর্ডার করা।
🔹 ব্যক্তিগত কারণে পণ্য ফেরত দিতে চাওয়া।
🔹 সঠিক ও অক্ষত পণ্য ডেলিভারি হওয়ার পর রিটার্ন করতে চাওয়া।

⏰ Return/Exchange Request করার সময়সীমা

রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের প্রয়োজন হলে পণ্য গ্রহণের ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।

📋 পণ্যের শর্ত

রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য পণ্যটি:

🔹 অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত হতে হবে।
🔹 অক্ষত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
🔹 মূল প্যাকেজিং/লেবেলসহ থাকতে হবে।
🔹 পণ্যের কোনো অংশ নষ্ট, পরিবর্তিত বা ব্যবহৃত হওয়া যাবে না।

💰 Return/Exchange Delivery Charge

🔹 কাস্টমারের ভুল অর্ডার, পছন্দ পরিবর্তন বা ব্যক্তিগত কারণে রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

🔹 আমাদের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী কোনো রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ অনুমোদিত হলে, পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি চার্জ এবং রিটার্ন ডেলিভারি চার্জ কাস্টমারকে বহন করতে হতে পারে।

রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ করার আগে অবশ্যই Miki Pet Store-এর সাপোর্ট টিমের অনুমোদন নিতে হবে। অনুমোদন ছাড়া কোনো পণ্য পাঠালে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ নাও করা হতে পারে।

📦 Delivery Time

🔹 Dhaka & Chittagong City: Usually 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
🔹 Other Districts: Usually 2–3 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary due to special circumstances, public holidays, natural disasters, or courier-related issues.

⚠️ Important Information Regarding Order Acceptance

🔹 Please carefully check the product details, size, variant, and other relevant information before placing your order.

🔹 If a customer refuses to accept a parcel after the delivery person or courier arrives due to a change of mind, personal reasons, or dissatisfaction with the product preference, the applicable delivery charge must be paid by the customer.

🐾 Cat Litter Delivery Policy

As cat litter is a relatively heavy product, its delivery charge may be higher than that of regular products.

🔹 Dhaka & Chittagong City: Additional delivery charges may apply to cat litter orders.
🔹 Other Districts: Delivery charges will be calculated based on the parcel's weight according to Pathao, Steadfast, or the applicable courier service rates.
🔹 For multiple litter bags or heavy parcels, additional charges may apply depending on the total parcel weight.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

At Miki Pet Store, we make every effort to ensure that you receive the correct products in perfect condition. If you receive an incorrect or different product, our team will assist you accordingly.

📦 Checking Your Parcel Upon Delivery

🔹 Please check your products in the presence of the delivery person or courier representative before accepting the parcel.
🔹 If you receive an incorrect, different, or mismatched product, you must inform us before the delivery person leaves.
🔹 If an incorrect product is reported after the delivery person has left, the customer will be responsible for the applicable return delivery charges.

✅ When Are Returns or Exchanges Accepted?

Returns or exchanges will only be considered under the following circumstances:

🔹 You receive a different product from the one you ordered.
🔹 The product is found damaged at the time of delivery and the issue is reported in the presence of the delivery person.

❌ When Are Returns or Exchanges NOT Accepted?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

🔹 You do not like the product.
🔹 You change your mind after placing the order.
🔹 You order the wrong size or variant.
🔹 You place an incorrect order.
🔹 You wish to return a product for personal reasons.
🔹 You receive the correct product in good condition but later request a return.

⏰ Return/Exchange Request Timeframe

If you need to request a return or exchange, you must contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product.

📋 Product Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

🔹 Be in its original and undamaged condition.
🔹 Include the original packaging and labels.
🔹 Have no missing, damaged, altered, or used parts.

💰 Return/Exchange Delivery Charges

🔹 Returns or exchanges due to incorrect orders, changes of mind, personal preferences, or customer-related mistakes are not accepted.

🔹 If a return or exchange is approved under our policy, the customer may be responsible for the original delivery charge and return delivery charge, depending on the circumstances.

All return or exchange requests must be approved by the Miki Pet Store support team before sending any product back. Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
